Our stay at this hotel was perfect for our young family. We loved being so close to the gondola for easy access to the slopes. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and the dinners were delicious. We also enjoyed the affordable prices at the Irish bar. a great location with comfortable accommodations and tasty meals.

The pool experience was a bit disappointing, as it was small, crowded, and had a slight odor.

Location and value for money

Lots of noisy groups and the boiler did not produce enough hot water during heavy demand periods. Asking guests to pay in order to use the internal pool is not pleasant at all.

Had excellent stay for 5 nights, the staff were helpful, location was best possible next to the gondola. The room was fashionable and spotless with decent space for four person, had essentials required. Location: the hotel was near to the nearby restaurants and the shops and ski lift. Popped in Mon Bohemi for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

Everything was good, nice hotel, the location was unbeatable so close to the ski area as well as cafes. The room itself was cool, spacious with decent space for four person and had the things we needed.

This place has an amazing location. It's very close to the ski lift, which makes it super convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The cable car up to Pal is also right by this venue, so it's perfect if you want to explore the slopes. Additionally, it's right in the center of town, making it easy to access everything in La Massana. I loved being able to walk to the gondola for quick access to the slopes.
